A 3 day flying visit to Manchester via Zurich for Chrissie and Mark's wedding. It's Manchester so it's pzzing down - no change there! I stay in the Hilton which is pretty good and the first evening dinner with the wedding couple and Carol of course - champagne followed by Guinness and more champagne! The morning of the wedding I have breakfast "one" then meet up with Mark and Chris for breakfast "two" and the third and final breakfast is with Jack. Jack and I just get to the wedding for the k.o. however luckily Chrissie is half an hour late - traffic apparently!! The wedding is a great event and the evening is really good. Becca (Jack's girlfriend) joins us in the evening for the disco bit which is great craic. Next day after a hearty breakfast I say my goodbyes to one and all and Jack takes me to the airport.   more »

A memorable day with Jack, Mark, Bryan and Kieran - fantastic event at the new Wembley however a dull game, caused by the negativity of Chelsea who steal a winner in extra time - a great day ruined! However to be with Jack at the Cup Final watching United in time will be a great memory! The United fans were just brilliant - singing all the way!   more »
