I feel less well than I did last year!!! It is not just because Romania and Bulgaria have joined the EU today. I stay in bed until noon, gently recovering from the New Year celebrations. We have the most delicious roast dinner, beef, with just perfect roast potatoes, suitably browned on the outside and powdery white on the inside washed down with some good red wine. My 2007 healthier life has started already, good food, good wine!   more »
